For extensions requiring third-party credentials (such as our AI Content Generator), your API keys are entered directly into your store's administrative panel. They are stored securely inside your local database using built-in encryption (Magento\Config\Model\Config\Backend\Encrypted). These credentials are never transmitted to Bahrami Labs and are never exposed to the client-side browser.

4. Third-Party Services and AI Providers

When utilizing specific functional features (like AI text generation), your local server communicates directly with the external endpoints you configure (e.g., OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq, DeepSeek, or Google Gemini).

Data payloads (such as product text or attributes) travel strictly between your environment and the third-party provider.

Bahrami Labs is not a party to these communications. You are solely responsible for managing your individual accounts and complying with the respective data privacy policies of your chosen API providers.

5. Data Retention and Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any personal information collected through our support channels with third parties. Support communication data is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your requests.
